This is in a list of actions consented upon by a feed additive company. I can't make out 1 kanji, so I put a ? mark.
If anyone can translate the entire thing that would be great, but even partial translations would be appreciated (like the meaning of ブローカーの活動が顧客で or 玉が流れ込む. As far as I can tell, the company doesn't sell 玉s).

玉ーshares bought or sold
Hello. Since I'm not in your field of work, my translation is a little stilted and I'm not sure if I can help you but I do know that 'tama' also means 'shares that have been bought or sold' in connection to market prices. So it could mean something like this:
The brokers' movements are remarkable and what stands out among anything else is the fact that the shares are moving away from the low cost areas into high cost markets (especially from Canada). We should be thorough with our cost-revisions in the low cost (?) areas.
Not sure about the ? area but hope that helps even a bit.
Ciao!

ブローカーの活動が顕著で
This is an update ot my question. The word I thought was _kokyaku_ is actually 顕著 (kencho), which makes a lot more sense. I still don't know what _tama ga nagarekomu_ means.

玉 ぎょく GYOKU shares bought or sold
My references list the reading of this word as gyoku. One EXCELLENT online reference I use all the time is the online dictionary at goo.ne.jp. It is powered by Sanseido.

That from the context, I read the text as follows: ブローカーの活動が顕著で、安い地域から高い市場に玉が流れ込む現象がめだってきた(特にカナダから)。当地域の価格修正を徹底する。Or:
Broker activities have been remarkable, and the phenomenon of attractive merchandise to flow from low-priced markets (from Canada, in particular) into high-priced markets has become conspicuous these days. A drastic revision of the price is necessary in our territory
