German term
einfahren/ausfahren des WFI-Erzeugers in Delta V
German to English

Translating document in GMP written in Switzerland, so potentially einfahren/ausfahren is a Swissism.
DeltaV is the software. It's referring to the system that produces pure water for GMP processes (WFI = water for injection).
AND
Unsure if einfahren/ausfahren is a physical process (e.g. moving the generator, or discharging liquid) or whether it's more in the direction of getting it "up and running", "deployed", i.e. "startup/shutdown". But there are are already other variations of "starten" (starting the system) elsewhere in the text and it is listed in another document as a distinct process as part of a risk assessment, which makes me think it has specific terminology.
Thanks!

lowering / raising
I found lowered for ausgefahren and it seems to make sense in this context. Could also be inserted / removed. Otherwise it is just a context specific, industry specific way of saying shut down, start up, which could include a number of possible English solutions, including the ones here or provided by others as answers or suggestions.
Discussion

There appears to be something wrong with your second sentence - are one or more words missing?
GMP is good manufacturing practice.
