Angle of Attack
The angle of attack (AOA) of a wheelset, is defined as the angle between the track radial line and the center line of the wheelset's axle, as shown in Figure 1.
Havacılıkta hücum açısı olarak kullanılıyor. Demiryolları için kullanımı hakkında bilgim yok ama yukarıdaki tanımdan yola çıkılarak X ile Y arasındaki açı yükü gibi ifade oluşturulabilir.
