On discussions with Management and observations made while on site, management systems are being satisfactorily developed, with a Broad Brush Risk Assessment (BBRA) having been carried out in 2014, facilitated by an external specialist, and development of the mine’s Risk Management Procedure. Following the BBRA, a Risk Register has been developed and identified controls are being progressively introduced.
