I'm pretty sure that "to make a compelling business case" would mean "ikna edici bir izlenim yaratmak" in this context.

"İyi bir tanıtım mektubu kişiselleştirilmiş olmalı, ikna edici bir izlenim yaratmalı ve müşteri hakkında yaptığınız araştırmaya dayalı olmalıdır."
I guess this would be sufficient to see how it fits the context.

"fizibilite", Turkish for "feasibility", is quite a common wording used in business talk and since it's not a finalised and conclusive reporting we're speaking about here, I paired it with "öngörü"(sü) which stands for "forecast/projection" in Turkish within this context.
