First, let’s start with the meat prep recipe.
To prepare the Carved New York Strip, you’ll need:
• 1 lip-on, boneless beef strip loin, choice (11 – 14 pounds, fresh or thawed)
• Roast Beef Seasoning, and
• Beef Base Rub
Step 1. To make the Beef Base Rub, mix a jar of Roasted Herb Beef Base at room temperature with 2 soup bowls (or 2 cups) of hot (190°F) water.
