"year flow" and "ground proofing"

The context is aerial photography of forests and the terms refer to the aerial photgraphs: the scale and year flow are to be provided as additional info. and "ground proofing" is something that is done with the photographs.

In hydrology, since it's covered by this branch too, 'annual flow' was found, so 'year flow' is synonimous. By the way, 'flow' is explained as 'debit vody'. As for 'ground proofing', if photographs are not additionally 'processed' anyhow, I think experts use them to determine 'ground proofing' as some evidence of existing 'zashitny sloy pochvy' or 'vodoottalkivayushiy sloy pochvy'.

as for "ground proofing", a more precise context is required. The phrase might mean = "nazemnaya kalibrovka aerofotosminkov",
"nazemnaya proverka", "ghbvyazka po mestu" etc.
