cego? @Raquel (character limitations mean I could not reply under your comment): In the context of clinical studies, is "tratamento cego" (and "duplo-cego") not more common than "às cegas"? I will leave the best choice between "oculto", "cego" and "às cegas" to the native speakers.

neutral Marjolein Snippe : I think "treinamento às cegas" would be "blinded training". In this case, blinding is the *subject* of the training, i.e. staff will learn how to set up/maintain blinding.

Hi! I also thought of that. Maybe he could use something similar to "Treinamento de tratamento às cegas" in order not to use "ocultação", which can seem a bit shady in PT(BR). What do you think?
