go ptint
'ptint' does not exist in English and must be a spelling mistake in my opinion - ask the customer for the right spelling (e.g. print).

does not exist
this is a total spelling mistake - or something overheard and spelt wrongly. The only thing I can think of could be "go pint" but that does not make any sense really.

go ptint (przejdź do programu przerwania pt)
If there is no mistake in the original phrase, then ptint may be a short name of some program. I guess that int may be a short of interrupt and pt may be the ID of the interrupt. If I guess correctly, then the phrase must be used in translation (with possible explanation of its meaning in parentheses).
