The polymer feed unit shall be provided with two polymer pumps and
one static mixer with integral postdilution water inlet.
PostDilution Water Solenoid Valve
Operator shall be allowed to start and stop the polymer feed pump, set the
diluted polymer flow, and call for postdilution water using the Polymer
Feed Local Control Panel HMI when the HOA is in the HAND position.
The Polymer Feed Control Panel PLC shall be programmed to control the on/off of postdilution water flow
The polymer system control panel PLC shall open the postdilution solenoid valve if postdiluted called for.
