It's actually a trademark for a process. I'd capitalize it, just as one might "CocaCola" in Norwegian. See the reference link for a Norwegian use by a dental practice.

Meant to include this example from the link -- note the mid-sentence capitalization:

"Det nye - og revolusjonerende - er den nye teknologien som Invisalign® benytter, og som nå gjør det mulig å bruke plastskinner gjennom hele tannreguleringsprosessen. "
