Efficient = "Cekap"
The sentence "He is a very efficient worker" may be translated either as:
1) Dia pekerja yang cekap sekali. OR
2) Dia seorang pekerja yang sungguh cekap.
Do note that there are other words that may be used as the translation for "efficient". The other words are RAPI, EFISIEN and TRAMPIL.
Whilst "efisien" is convenient but frowned upon by the pundits, currently 'Trampil" is a very popular choice. The sentence "He is a very efficient worker" may also be translated as:

Comment: "Thank you very much for that comprehensive answer. I am an Indonesian who feels that the use of "effisien" is quite acceptable, but where I work (in Singapore), importing such words wholesale from English is frowned upon."
