Selected

Equito ergo sum

equito
(-are) to ride on horseback.

There might be another verb, if riding means let's say riding a bike.
Peer comment(s):

agree Joseph Brazauskas : Yes, but only of riding on horseback. 'Vehor' is the generic verb.

English term (edited): I ride therefore I am

Vehor ergo sum

The passive 'vehor' can mean riding on both a horse (vehor equo) and a cart (vehor curru), for example.
Peer comment(s):

agree Joseph Brazauskas : It's deponent, not strictly passive, but you're right that it takes an (instrumental) ablative of the animal or vehicle ridden.
