A suggestion.

It literally translates as "a bunch of screams".

I ignored "goods" because I don't think it has much meaning. It is perhaps thrown in there to make the phrase more rhythmical.

agree KathyT : This is obviously much better, but it is the 'girl' that is the 'screaming bundle of goods.' She's the 'goods.' [cf. babies being described as "bundles of joy" - although they sure can scream, too!!] // :-)

Thank you for the clarification and the comment on "bundles of joy". I did not know that babies are described that way. It is a lovely expression.
