In Japan, the address is shown in the order of:
Zip (or postal) code --> state (or prefecture) name --> city name --> street name --> street number --> (if applicable) room number
E.g.)
In Japanese: 〒100-0001東京都千代田区千代田1-1 (the address for the Imperial Palace)
In English: 1-1 Chiyoda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 100-0001

For ¥"Livonia¥", you may say ¥"リヴォニア¥" or ¥"リボニア¥", as ¥"Victor¥" can be expressed as ¥"ヴィクター¥" or ¥"ビクター¥". Maybe, ¥"ビクター¥" is more popular because of the name of a company.

Just like this is fine. Especially if for an envelope, you'll need to write in English if you want the mail to arrive. . .
If you really want Japanese, perhaps:
20255 ビクター・パークウェイ、180号室、リボーニア、ミシガン州 48152
What is the purpose for translating to Japanese?

: I agree. What's the purpose? Address is something we should not translate unless it is for beginning English students.

: I'm not sure what the purpose is in this case, but when we filled out our children's 出生届 at the local consulate, the addresses of where they were born had to be transliterated just like this as it was outside Japan. Ridiculous but true.
