English to Hebrew Medical Medical: Instruments autoclaves - דודי עיקור

Under the title air removal principles it has the following items (only):
Gravity autoclaves
Pre-vacuum autoclaves

I translated autoclaves to דודי עיקור but I have also seen אוטוקלב used freely.
I understand how it works, I'm looking for an acceptable Hebrew name for this autoclave - if there is one, or a good suggestion of one.
