In my opinion one of the above will do fine. I would opt to use קו האמצע or מרכז as my first options.

Discussion
If it is a packing machine that places products in a plastic package and then welds the package closed - then the centerline is a physical part of the machine and not a "midline" marking.
If this is the case then this term has no Hebrew equivalent and is usually left as-is.
