bottomless "Bottomless" means "as much as you like once you have paid for the first one". For example, a pub restaurant near me offers "bottomless fries", which means that once you have paid for your first portion of chips you can have free extra servings if you want them. There are plenty of references on the internet to "bottomless coffee", "bottomless brunch" and so on. A "bottomless coffee" means that you buy a coffee and can then have free refills - you get the idea.
