How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Tippen is hier niet helemaal juist gebruikt. Tippen betekent eigenlijk niet aanraden maar wel een tip geven, dus waardevolle informatie geven waarmee de getipte zijn voordeel kan doen. Een bank kan een klant tippen ivm met een belegging; iemand kan de polititie tippen ivm een onopgeloste misdaad. Een boek dat getipt wordt, is een boek dat kans maakt op een of andere prijs, niet per se een boek dat het lezen waard is.
Zover ik weet, bestaat er geen exacte vertaling van dat tippen in het Spaans. Als het gaat om het geven van een of ander info kun je het hebben over informar of avisar.
In de context van jouw zin, waar met tippen aanbevelen bedoeld wordt, kun je het hebben over aconsejar, recomendar of ook avisar.
