Hi, thank y'all for the suggestions. I'll go with the "job loss department" or "job drain department", because it is similar to the "talent drain". Indeed, the company cut back on local jobs because of outsourcing, jobs going overseas for lower wages.

You will need to be linguistically playful yourself as well.

It means you have no job security (a bit understated) if you work in this department.
Next thing you know, you've lost your job.

At least, this is how I understand it.

i am looking for an English expression similar to "broodroof" in Dutch. It should not be a description. "De afdeling staat bekend als de broodroof afdeling" e.g. because jobs are going overseas/outsourced, jobs are eliminated at the main office.
