Looks like a rewrite job to me. Maybe something like "Try a delicious shot of chilled Dutch gin with a beer chaser at our tasting session."

More importantly: what's your context?

Well, never heard of kopstoot i.c.w. proeverij. Sounds to me it's some sort of event/special night at a frat party; it's certainly not your traditional wine tasting! Shots are to be taken to get drunk fast, no tasting involved. Drinking game/challenge/contest.

Tasting of beer en dutch gin

In the Netherlands you can visit brewers and Dutch gin makers, and there you can sample beers and in some places a "kopstoot", which is a beer (lager) with a small glass of jenever (Dutch gin) served with it. You drink the jenever and then chase it with the beer.
