They ahve lost me again. The creditor par? What in the world are they talking about here. This is a list of items that must be documented for expenses that are subsidised by a government grant.

"Una relació classificada de les despeses (identificació de la part creditora i del document, import, data d'emissió i, si s'escau, data de pagament) i la possible desviació respecte el cost pressupostat (compte justificatiu)."

Debts Discharged: With a Michigan Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, most debts are discharged if the creditor (party to whom the debt is owed) is listed on your Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition. If you do not list a creditor on the petition, any debts to that creditor will not be discharged. You must also list creditors whose debts are not discharged and creditors whose debts you intend to pay (see below).
