Ab takkA sarvAdhik/Ab takkA sabsay kam

Record high harvest may be translated as Ab takkii sarvAdhik fasal. Similarly, record high rainfall may be translated as Ab takkii sarvAdhik varshA. Record production is generally translated as KiirtiimAn utpAdan.

Hope this helps.

rekard uchch, rekard nimn

If the terms are used as labels/title etc., then these are the suitable terms. Alternatively, rekard ooncha/oonchi, rekard neecaha/neechee can be used. However, in a sentence it is better to write yah bahut kam/zayada fasal/varsha hai, jo ek rekard hai.

Vikrami

If the used term is related with quantity, then it could be “vikrami” for record, and if it is an action i.e. to record (Entery), then “Ankit” would be the choice.
