hanim,
- none of my finance refs seem to have the term 'Charge Back' per se and i can't really gauge the meaning from your example.
- does it mean you wanted your cc issuer to 1) redebit your account or, 2) to debit the account of the vendor that debited your account wrongly, i.e. for something you didn't purchase?
- if (1), i think 'Caj Balik/Kembali' (Recharge/Repeat Charge) may do it.
- if (2), then perhaps 'Caj Berbalik' (Revert/Redirect Charge) can be used.

Comment: "it is a spesific term used in banking to indicate a process where the cc issuer will directly transfer the money to the vendor in the event the purchase made by the purchaser through credit card is unsuccesful."
