Although I agree with employment benefits, I think that Employee's benefits is even more clear.

This is the expression that I have always seen and used.
Harrap's Glossary of Spanish Commercial and Industrial Terms says:
prestaciones: benefits
-adicionales al sueldo: fringe benefits
-por vejez: old{age benefits
