tail boxes

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Manufacturing
Hola, buenas tardes

TAIL BOXES... encuentro que tailed lo usan para las pruebas unilaterales/bilaterales...o de cola...
Pero no entendería en el empaque cómo sería... cajas de cola? buesqué y no encuentro imágenes o algo que me pueda ayudar.

When the Business Department confirms that there is a demand for tail boxes in the process of stock preparation, it applies for product outer boxes. If the products are using GS1 codes, the codes are assigned to the tail boxes for unpacking and combining using the GS1 system. What is the GS1 code? GS1 coding is a world standard for the identification of items at a global level, through which standard numerical structures are assigned that uniquely and unambiguously identify companies, products and services that will subsequently be graphed with a barcode.

Change log

Dec 23, 2023 19:05: abe(L)solano changed "Field" from "Medical" to "Bus/Financial"

Dec 23, 2023 21:34: Richard VH changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (3): patinba, abe(L)solano, Richard VH

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

What is retail packaging?
Retail packaging refers to the materials and processes used to package products for sale to consumers in stores or online. It’s designed to protect and present the product in the most appealing way, to catch the customer’s eye and ultimately to encourage a sale.

"The retail box for the packaging is considered the outer level, the intermediate packaging is the
foil packet housing the capsules, and the innermost packaging is the medicine capsules"

+++++
Every motorcycle has a box on its back. This provides additional safety for road traffic.
Depending on the context, when there is a high demand for these products and the delivery of the product is at risk, an external purchase is made by assigning codes to each according to the global standard coding system GS1.
All this is done to avoid the breakdown of the sales flow.

UK, Inglaterra, quiren decir RETAIL? Outer boxes and inner boxes , which are RETAIL boxes.
/expertlabels.co.uk Dice alli....GTIN-14
GTIN14 Outer Case barcode
GTIN-14 Outer Case Barcode
GTIN-14s are used in the warehouse and distribution side of the supply chain. Retailers won’t be scanning these codes at the checkout. In fact, none of the items you take to the checkout should ever have these codes on them.

They used to be called ITF-14, EAN14 or Outer Case Codes.

If you are a manufacturer – your customers will tell you if you need GTIN-14s.

GTIN-14s are GTIN-13s with a zero at the beginning.

How do you use GTIN-14s? GTIN-14s are used on ***outer cases***. If you have a dozen*** retail items packed in a box*** then the label you attach to the outside of the box is a GTIN-14. Identifying what’s in the box is all they do – but if you need to provide your customers more information – read on.

barcodes-for-different-levels The benefit of an ITF-14 code is that it will tell receivers how many units of a product are contained in each shipping carton. This information can then easily be recorded in the receiver’s logistics or tally system, allowing them to keep track of stock in their warehouse. ITF-14 barcodes are usually created from the barcode number which is on the*** retail product within the box***, which is the EAN-13 or UPC-A number, while a single EAN or UPC number can be used to generate up to 10 different ITF-14 barcodes.

Pienso que Arturo tiene razaon, they did say TAIL 2 times,,,of interest may be to look at..1.2.2 Labelling trade items such as cartons and outer cases
Trade items such as cartons and outer cases will often have a barcode encoding the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN). The barcode may be an ITF-14, EAN/UPC, or when additional item data is needed, a GS1-128 barcode. It is important to note that such labels, when not containing an SSCC, are not considered to be GS1 Logistic Labels. This guideline mainly addresses logistic labelling. However, notes have been included to explain how information may be provided on cartons and outer cases using a GS1-128 barcode. These notes have been marked as follows: https://www.gs1.org/standards/gs1-logistic-label-guideline/1... Mirando Caja trasera, tail boxes suzuki, hay mucho para la venta en Alibaba.
