Yes, they don't quote references but 'activity' makes sense and 'inmunologica' is more likely than 'inmunoglobulina'. The previous one must be antibiotic or antibacterial.

Maybe the AFIP asked our friend ChatGPT to come up with a list of units of measurement.

This link would suggest it refers to UNIDAD INTERNACIONAL DE ACTIVIDAD INMUNOLOGICA but it's a bit strange to have this in among the other units that you have mentioned. I can't find anything else that would back this up.

I've found something similar online, and there appears to be a medical connection between some of these abbreviations - hormones, antibiotics, anticoagulants. Could INMUNG be inmunoglobulina?
I could be on the wrong track, though.

Thanks again to everyone for the help and comments. It seems there are about half a dozen other similarly odd items in the AFIP list of units of measure. I assume that MEGA U. INTER. ACT. ANTIB can be resolved in a similar fashion,as ANTIB probably means antibiotic...
