Intellectual Property.

Work Product. Contractor hereby agrees that all rights, title and interest to Work Product, including, without limitation, discoveries, designs, utility models, copyrightable subject matter, including software, computer programs, program code (including source and object code), trade secrets, improvements, know how, data and other Work Product objects, whether or not patentable or registrable under patent, copyright or similar laws and regulations (the "Work Product") conceived or reduced to practice by Contractor, and/or under Contractor’s direction (….) shall be vested with Client, as of the moment following the moment of their origin, including without limitation: (i) the right to use the Work Product; (ii) the exclusive right to authorize the use of the Work Product; (iii) the exclusive right to prevent any unlawful use of the Work Product, including the right to prohibit such use; and (iv) any other tangible rights contemplated by applicable law.
