Context: Pád s úderem do hlavy PT vpravo počátkem srpna

Of course, when looking up medical abbreviations online, I'm only getting results for "prothrombin time" which is clearly incorrect in this case. There is no other reference to this fall in the rest of the file. For more context, this is a cerebrovascular accident patient.

Any ideas?
