This pretty much seems like the local cursive, albeit very sloppy. I am almost certain the word is starting with "sl".

: Most likely given the region and place of birth. Going letter by letter, only the first one and penultimate one seem questionable to me. It does not resemble any other nationalities normally present in Czechia or Slovakia such as "moravská".
