This comes from a brain MRI report.
Does anyone have the requisite knowledge to accurately translate (and explain) the following?

...présence d'un discret hypersignal au niveau des faisceaux postérieurs de la protubérance, sous la forme d'un hypersignal sur la pondération de diffusion.

I am not sure if more context is necessary, either you know this stuff or you don't!
