In cases where the agreed values are exceeded by the user, the user shall immediately limit offtake or supply (distribution) of active and reactive power so that it falls within the agreed values.


In addition to periodic updates of planning data, users shall report in a timely manner and without undue delay any fundamental changes in their offtake or transmission points, or operating modes, in order for the operator of the local distribution system to be able to reflect these changes in its planning and, if appropriate, initiate the necessary modifications to the system’s technical configuration or the commercial terms and conditions in the contract at the offtake/transmission point.
