I was going along the lines of "cosiddetto" as I did find some examples of "cd" used with "manipolazioni" to mean "cosiddetto". Annoyingly I can't find them now, I should have posted them with my answer, my mistake. It was just a suggestion and I didn't have the highest confidence. Phil's answer fits the context very nicely, I would just use "cervicothoracic" instead as per my comment on Phil's answer.

Luigi "Cosiddetto" implies a degree of doubt or scepticism - as in your first reference, which asks if the treatment works. Alternatively, it can mean "this is a word that you may not have heard of".

The asker's context is a physiotherapy report, and neither of these situations applies. But thanks for agreeing!
