English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Private International Law

Of special mention is the CIDIP II, held in Montevideo in 1979, as it adopted a very unique Convention on General Rules of Private International Law dealing with the structure, operation and escape mechanisms of choice of law rules (***incidental question***, proof of foreign law, exclusion of foreign law, etc.)
