The context is an employment contract. The person is not supposed to accept any remuneration for being on boards, etc. The sentence in Eng is:
"Remuneration which the Executive nevertheless receives for any such activities shall be credited against his next bonus as defined in this article (gross for gross)."

: yes, but what you call "frais etc. accessoires" are in fact various taxes (income tax, pension contributions, etc) so "gross" = "gross revenue" = personal revenue before any taxation.
