Este documento é uma Adenda a um contrato existente entre as duas empresas. O objecto desta adenda é a extensão do período de vigência do contrato, logo a necessidade é uma certeza e não uma possibilidade.

Havendo necessidade O gerúndio em PT implica necessariamente uma expressão condicional. Havendo = se houver. A tradução não pode determinar que a condição (a necessidade) existe. É apenas SE ela existir.
