Social Sciences
Education / Pedagogy
In terms of non-discrimination, in particular in an academic setting.
I of course know what "lika villkor" means, but am wondering if a term in English has been officially adopted in Sweden.

As Safetex suggests in the Discussion Entries where answers are being incongruously posted, the surrounding context would help.
Let us not forget the term of pari passu that otherwise works in a different context,
Let us not forget the term of pari passu that otherwise works in a different context,
Example sentence:
Pari-passu is a Latin phrase meaning "equal footing" that describes situations where two or more assets, securities, creditors, or obligations are equally managed without preference
Note from asker:
excellent term suggestion; however perhaps the legal jargon might be jarring in this context. |
Discussion
However, as the asker says that it's "in terms of non discrimination", I'd like to see the context and in particular the surrounding sentences to see in the grammar that our suggestions have to slot themselves into.
I mean, if it's about jobs, you could just as easily say that the university has a "non-discrimination policy" with "policy" replacing "terms"
I think we need a bit more context
