Historia Clinica
Hi all,
Any help with this term would be greatly appreciated. Context is results of a neurophysiological exam :
The "con cuadro" is what's really got me stumped here.
Thanks so much in advance for any help !
Jeff

I think that "with a clinical picture" really would sound better

: I have often used both 'symptoms' and 'clinical picture' with "cuadro" in this context.

: As a physician, I recommend to use the term "clinical picture" because "cuadro" refers not only to the symptoms but also to the signs and labs or imaging studies.

: Yes... and lets keep "evolve/evolution" where it belongs....

: But "symptoms" would not include, for ex, diagnostic imaging and other tests. "cuadro" can include these factors, so "clinical picture" is more encompassing.

: As a physician, I do not recommend to use the word "symptoms" for "cuadro." Symptons refers to the set of sensations, like pain, nausea, etc. that the patient perceives. But "cuadro" is the set of symptoms plus signs. Signs = objectively gather data.
