Авторы источника написали не очень грамотно (а точнее, совершенно безграмотно) как с математической, так и с языковой точки зрения. Нет ни одной ссылки с точной фразой "логарифмированный таргет".
Судя по контексту, речь идет о логарифмической асимптоте функциональной зависимости (logarithmic target).
