SFT appears to be Steinfurth-Schaumstabilitätsmessgerät, which measures how quickly the beer/foam boundary passes a series of optical sensors:

I haven't been able to find the unit of measurement it uses, though. Could S be Schaum, or Sekunden? The manufacturer would tell you.
