English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Я перевожу договор с английского языка на русский.
В договоре есть такое определение:

Confidential Information: all commercially sensitive and non public information of the Customer and Supplier, their associates, subsidiaries or ***group undertakings*** and their respective directors, employees, advisors or agents, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, trade secrets, know-how, information of a commercial value, client contact details and any analyses. compilations, studies and other documents or materials prepared by either Party , and includes not only written information but also information transferred orally, visually, electronically or by any other means, which is either designated confidential or by its very nature and/or circumstances of disclosure is clearly confidential and which has been disclosed whether before or after this Agreement. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что в данном случае могло бы означать словосочетание "group undertaking",
с учетом того что в том же определении упоминаются и "associates", и "subsidiaries", а в другом пункте определен термин "affiliate" (как "in relation to either Party each and any subsidiary or holding company of that Party and each and any subsidiary of a holding company of that Party")
