Tych dwoch ostatnich English-Polish Business Glossary (Hara, Murphy, Wardynski) nazywa odpowiednio wlascicielami de iure oraz de facto, natomiast beneficial ownera nazywa "uzytkownikiem majatku". Trudnosc w tym, ze polskie prawo nie czyni tych wszystkich rozroznien wlasnosci i, rzecz jasna, nie ma mowy o "uzytkowniku akcji". "Posiadacz" tez wydaje mi sie, ze to za malo. Stad propozycja, z ktora sie zetknalem.
