loading slip
That's the usual term.

- It needed to seamlessly integrate with the driver self-loading remote ... if the tare weight is within expected tolerance, a loading slip is issued.

"Etymology 3
From chitty from Hindi चिट्ठी (ciṭṭhī, “letter, note”) or चिट्टी (ciṭṭī, “letter, chit, written message”), possibly from Sanskrit चित्ति (citti, “thoughts”).
Noun
chit (plural chits)
(US and Britain dated) A small sheet or scrap of paper with a hand-written note as a reminder or personal message"."
So not restricted to UK according to Wiktionary but dated. Cambridge dictionary also indicates it's old-fashioned but UK ;)
And in informal language, these were also often referred to as 'chitty / chitties'; have often wondered where the term came from? Perhaps a sort of diminutive of 'sheet'?

"As per the details mentioned in the entry chit, loading chit is generated and 3 copies are given to the truck driver and permitted to enter company’s limit".
Having said that, I agree with "loading slip" which is probably a lot more common and not restricted to UK.
