Get/Put Test

Добрый вечер, подскажите, пожалуйста, как можно передать The Get/Put Test?
Never run the Get/Put test on a QS-500 component (left and right cassette stations, lamphouse, prealigner, and
load positions for both the robot and stage) until it has been taught. It is strongly recommended that the Get/Put test not be run until after all the components have been taught. Attempting to run the Get/Put test on a component before it has been taught may result in damage to the robot, wafers and cassette. The Get/Put test is useful for testing cassette, stage and prealigner setup parameters. A
wafer is retrieved from, and transported to a specified location.
