on site disposal / mass arrest action
one clue that the wording of he ST is not quite right: "to assault" is used for action by the military; the police would be "raiding" a crime den ... (unless when dealing with criminals in China they are in the habit of starting gunfights and not taking any prisoners?)
"on-site disposal" in the context of police raiding some criminal den sounds totally nonsensical ... while "on-site forensic" does make perfect sense;
you are basically left with few options - contacting the author to try to get some explanations (not very likely), or try to guess what would have been the correct translation into English of some Chinese ST you have no ways of getting hold of!

My guess would be that this "on-site disposal" when done by the police raiding premises used by criminals would be the confiscation of drugs /arms / money found on site - it would fit nicely in this context, but it's still not much more than just a guess.
