Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Transport / Transportation / Shipping train lights

Text about train specs. Details the four settings for the "headlights" on the train.

Posición 1:
Portillo corta. - nivel de iluminación de 100 candelas
Posición 2:
Portillo larga.
Posición 3:
Faro corta. - nivel de iluminación de 12.000/16.000 candelas
Posición 4:
Faro larga. - nivel de iluminación superior a 40.000

Any suggestions on how to diferentiate between these 2 types of light?

Also, would you use main/low beam or full/dipped beam?
