Increased and systematic use of Regulatory Impact Assessment to support the preparation of high-priority and high-impact regulatory measures.

A clear system of regulatory reform reporting is in place, for example by way of annual reports to Parliament summarizing ministries progress on various regulatory quality dimensions,

Public consultation and feed-back on proposed and existing regulatory measures are undertaken systematically and taken into account by the Government.
