Pretpostavljam da bi formulacija mogla da bude "sa svim eventualnim budućim izmenama i dopunama" ili samo "sa svim budućim izmenama i dopunama"?

exactly the point ... as further amended = the law as it is in force at the time when it should be applied, i.e the initial law as modified by all subsequent changes - if there was any - a general formula that avoids listing all changes and also includes future changes as well.

My two cents :-) Rekla bih da se odnosi na izmjene koje su uslijedile (kako ste i samo rekli) budući da je Zakon o bankama (koliko sam vidjela) donesen 2005. godine http://www.nbs.rs/export/sites/default/internet/latinica/20/...

pa je onda izmijenjen 2010. godine http://www.ubs-asb.com/Portals/0/Casopis/2011/1_2/B01-02-201...

i onda 2015. http://www.parlament.gov.rs/upload/archive/files/lat/pdf/zak...
Kako i ovdje piše, "the latest amendments":

Dakle, umjesto da se u ugovoru nabrajaju sve izmjene, jednostavno je navedeno "Zakon o bankama" kako je dalje izmijenjen...

Sad sam se ozbiljnije posvetila celom tekstu i vidim šta vam je dilema. Mislim da je u redu da kažete "sa svim budućim izmenama" ili "kako kasnije bude izmenjeno". Ranije se pri prevođenju pravnih akata EU izraz amend prevodio -izmeniti i dopuniti ali sad važi pravilo da se amend prevodi samo -izmeniti.

Ma jasno je značenje "to amend", nego me buni vreme - pretpostavljam da se misli na sve izmene i dopune koje su usledile posle donošenja i koje će tek uslediti.
