The end of verses
This is a question addressed by the science of Tajweed (Quran recitation rules) whether to stop at the end of the Quranic verse even if the meaning is incomplete or not.
For example:
There is a famous argument among Tajweed scholars. However, it is recommended even if you stop at the end of the verse while the meaning is incomplete to recite it again without stopping to have the full meaning said.
For example and further information, see this Fatwa
