Es geht um eine Policy eines weltweit tätigen US-Unternehmens ABC "Employee Health Records and Confidentiality".

Es handelt sich also um den zentralen Begriff der ganzen Policy.

Mein erster Versuch "medizinische und arbeitsmedizinische Daten usw." gefällt mir immer weniger, je öfter ich den Begriff übersetze.

Wenn ich das recht verstehe, sind "Krankheits- und Arbeitsunfall-Daten" gemeint.
